Return & Refund Policy

At Neelu’s Homely Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our products with quality and freshness. Since our products are food items, returns and refunds are subject to the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Package seal broken or tampered at the time of delivery
- Product quality issue reported immediately after delivery
- Missing items in the order
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of food products, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product opened, used, or partially consumed
- Taste preference issues (personal liking/disliking)
- Damage caused due to improper storage after delivery
- Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or consistency
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider
- In some cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered instead of a refund
4. Replacement Policy
Eligible issues may qualify for:
- Replacement product shipment
OR - Full / partial refund (depending on issue review)
Replacement approval is subject to verification.
5. How to Request a Return / Refund
To request support, contact us with:

- Customer Name
- Reason for return/refund
- Clear photos or video proof of the issue

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
